By completing a purchase from 3Vision Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All license purchases are non-refundable.

We provide free trial and demo access to all our applications before purchase to allow customers to fully evaluate the product.

2. Why No Refunds?

• Full transparency: Trial versions provide sufficient access to evaluate functionality
• Deliberate purchases: The purchase process requires intentional and manual confirmation
• Digital product nature: Software licenses cannot be returned once issued

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

If a refund is approved, all related licenses, subscriptions, and access rights will be immediately revoked.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Once a subscription payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Services (Non-Refundable)

All paid services are non-refundable once delivered, including but not limited to custom software development, technical support, training, and consulting services.

6. Service Delivery Failure

If we are unable to deliver a paid service due to an issue on our end, the payment will be refunded manually. Applicable payment gateway fees may be deducted.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated account and license.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
